3. إدارة النزاعات: تطبيق استراتيجيات التواصل اللاعنفي لفض المشاحنات في بيئة العمل وتحويلها إلى طاقة إيجابية.

4. نقل الأخبار الصعبة: امتلاك القدرة النفسية والمهنية لمواجهة ذوي المرضى في أصعب لحظات الفقد والحزن باستخدام بروتوكول SPIKES.

5. احتراف التوثيق والتقارير: صياغة التقارير التمريضية (الورقية والرقمية) والحوادث العارضة بدقة قانونية تامة وبمنهجيات عالمية (SOAP / DAR).
